Shipping & Returns

U.S. Orders

Free shipping applies to Domestic U.S. only.  All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA. via Fed Ex Ground.  Shipments are tracked and insured with no additional cost.  Your artwork is handled with special treatment, carefully packaged and shipped with protective materials for a safe delivery and arrival to you.

International Orders

For International orders, we do not offer free shipping. If you live outside the U.S. and would like to have artwork shipped, before purchasing, please email us the artwork and size you want along with your address you want the artwork shipped to. We will then give you a quote for FedEx International Economy.  For International orders you are responsible for duties, taxes and any extra fees if you live outside the U.S.

When will I receive my art?

The Giclees are made to order. For U.S. orders, once an order is placed, production time is 3-5 business days and 5 business days for delivery.  Within 2 weeks you will receive your artwork. For International orders, approximately 15 business days.  Please provide a physical address as Fed Ex cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.


Exchanges & Returns

What is your return policy?

The Giclees on Canvas are made to order. This is why, once you place the order it cannot be altered or cancelled. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any artwork once it has been purchased.  All of the artwork is carefully packaged with “white glove” treatment to ensure there will be no damage during shipping.  In the rare case your artwork is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 days after the ship date of your art.
